Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 96 years.
Loved and greatly missed by all the family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at St. Cystenin Church, Mochdre, 15th May at 10 am, followed by interment in the Churchyard afterwards. All welcome to attend and celebrate John's life.
Family flowers please, but donations in lieu of flowers may be donated to The Salvation Army.
